Branson Rogers possesses an unflagging passion for helping injury victims, and his strong work ethic and commitment to the law have greatly benefited our clients and advanced the mission of Zinda Law Group. A personal injury attorney at the firm’s headquarters in Austin, he focuses his practice on cases involving automobile collisions, product injuries, dog bites, premises liability, and more.
Raised in Longview, Texas, Branson first discovered his interest in the law when he fought an unfair parking ticket in high school. For his case, he presented a detailed report on existing statutes and the facts of the incident to the court. By mounting such a passionate defense, he not only received a significant reduction to his citation but also earned the respect of the judge and police officers.
Today, Branson continues to bring that deep-seated desire for justice to all his cases. He prides himself on his singular ability to relate to people from all walks of life, and his favorite aspect of his career is giving a powerful voice to injury victims who are facing multibillion-dollar insurance companies.
Branson graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science from Texas A&M University and went on to receive a full-tuition scholarship to the Baylor University School of Law, where he earned his juris doctorate.
During law school, Branson served as an articles editor for the Baylor University Law Review and as a member of the Baylor Barrister Society. Prior to joining Zinda Law Group, he gained valuable experience as a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and as a clerk at respected law firms.
Active in his professional community, Branson is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, and the Austin Young Lawyers Association. In his leisure hours, he enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Nicole, as well as traveling and cheering on the Fightin’ Texas Aggie and Dallas Cowboys football teams.

I Am Grateful to Zinda Law Group and Specifically to Jason & Branson for Their Impeccable Service and Support.
Accidents are very stressful matters to endure. Especially at the beginning, the confusion I went through as a result of the concussion I incurred from the accident, was, to me, overwhelming. I was getting calls from the insurance company representing the man responsible for the accident and I really didn’t know what to do.
I was familiar with all of the accident attorneys that advertise on TV. However, I decided to look through reviews from a number of law offices as I specifically did not want to go through a law office whose principal client base was acquired through TV ads. Hence, I stumbled upon the Zinda Law Group and am glad that I did.
I am very pleased with your services. From the get-go, I felt confident that I could concentrate on getting better and leave other legal interests to Jason Aldridge & Branson Rogers. They have both been thorough, empathetic, and effective. More importantly, I trusted them with my case and with my interests and, ultimately, isn’t that what representation is all about when you’ve been through a harrowing experience?
Additionally, it is also important to me note that when I could not think clearly myself and was finding it difficult to make decisions regarding my legal rights, Jason & Branson were there to guide me through. Had I broken my arm or my leg I may have felt more capable of thinking through some of the matters facing me but the fact is that I had a brain injury (and one that affects me to this day), and I needed supports in ways I would not have predicted.
I got it. Tenfold. I am grateful to Zinda Law Group and specifically to Jason & Branson for their impeccable service and support.
Thank you all.
