Cole Gumm has built an impressive record of success as a personal injury lawyer, fiercely advocating for clients who have suffered an injury through no fault of their own. Raised in Morris, Illinois, Cole has a mix of small town roots and big city experience that enables him to relate to clients from all walks of life. He is personally invested in every single one of his clients and does not believe in sugarcoating the facts of his cases. He tells it like it is, and his clients greatly admire his honesty and transparency.

Cole believes in empowering his clients and equipping them with the necessary tools to succeed according to their own goals. He stays laser focused on the details of his cases to gain an edge wherever possible, and he will fight to the end to help his clients pursue full compensation for their injuries.

Cole graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in diplomacy and international relations from Seton Hall University. While there, he distinguished himself as vice president of the Student Government Association. He went on to receive a full-ride scholarship to Baylor Law School, where he graduated cum laude with his juris doctorate.

Following law school, Cole relocated to Austin to serve as an investigator in the Office of the Inspector General, where he provided legal advice in Medicaid fraud investigations. He subsequently worked for two years as an associate attorney at a local law firm before joining the attorney team at Zinda Law Group. In addition to his wide range of experience, he has brought to the Zinda team a passion for justice and a commitment to excellence that deeply reflect the firm’s core values.

This talented litigator has benefited his profession through his involvement with the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association.

In his leisure hours, he enjoys touring wineries, playing golf, spending time outdoors.
